Grace Influential Positive Impact Award

Grace Influential is a global initiative led by the Princess Grace Foundation which celebrates and upholds the charitable legacy of Grace Kelly, Princess of Monaco. The Foundation is recognized for its prestigious awards program celebrating excellence and positive change. The purpose of the Grace Influential Positive Impact Award is to recognize each Formula 1® team’s commitment and contribution to positive impact, on society and/or to the environment and help them to amplify these efforts widely.

McLaren Racing Engage

In June 2021 McLaren Racing launched a flagship DE&I program: McLaren Racing Engage. This new initiative was set up to diversify talent in motorsport, tackle the STEM skills shortage and address inequalities. Our longer-term aspiration at McLaren Racing is for 40% of our employees to come from underrepresented groups by 2030. The McLaren Racing Engage Alliance partners with Women's Engineering Society, EqualEngineers, Smallpiece Trust and Creative Access with shared objectives to:

• Promote STEM and motorsport as a vocation that can be achieved by everyone, especially under-represented and underprivileged groups, such as women, Ethnic Minority Groups, the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, and those from a low socio-economic background.

• Deliver a diverse and inclusive culture within McLaren Racing’s workforce and communities.

• Improve accuracy and reporting of data to understand the impact being made across all initiatives.
